For smaller quantities and one-off designs the most cost effective way of personalising a garment is with a hear sublimation transfer print. This is the same process used to print numbers on the backs of football shirts.
The finished print does not fade, can be machine washed, dry cleaned, tumble dried and even ironed directly.
This process works best when the design only has one colour. More colours are possible but sometimes it becomes more cost effective to screenprint the design.
Transfer prints are perfect for small quantities, numbers on sports shirts, stag and hen night t-shirts and large designs where the set up charges for embroidery is too great.
